Guidelines for
Exhibition, Grades K - 12
Frequently Asked Questions
What
kinds of work are accepted?
Original student work in any media, labeled on front of
work with appropriate information: name, grade, teacher,
school, telephone number of school
(labels are provided for you
to copy and attach to front of work -- click
here). Works
without labels will not be accepted.
In addition, please
fill out an inventory sheet (click
here) listing the name
and grade of each student whose work is to be included in
the show. Please include the inventory sheet when dropping
off works. All possible precautions will be taken by Hera
to ensure the safety of artwork, but artwork is not insured.
How many pieces are accepted for the exhibition?
Ten pieces per elementary and middle schools. No more than
ten entries per grade (9-12) from each High School.
Can students submit work independently of their school?
Yes. Limited to one entry per student.
When/Where do we submit the work?
Saturday, January 20th, 2007, from 10 am to 2 pm, at Hera
